Sleep coach and deep relaxation yoga teacher Sarah's all about softening into authentic experience of Self, creating a state of deep balance so you can sleep deeply at night and wake happy to meet the day as you really are. She developed ReST (Restorative Sleep Therapy), a proven system that helps you fall asleep faster, stay asleep, and wake rested. ReST uses sleep-science and ancient yoga techniques to release sleep-anxiety and reset your sleep system gently and effectively.
In addition to workshops and online videos, Sarah offers Private Sleep Coaching both in person and online to quickly and effectively reset your sleep-system.
Graduate of UBC, Yoga Alliance ERYT-500, author of the DVD “Gentle Yoga for Better Digestion” and past director at the Vancouver School of Yoga Sarah is featured in 18+ videos through My Yoga Online, including yoga and meditation for sleep. Past owner of the sleep-specific yoga studio Inner Truth Yoga in downtown Vancouver, Sarah now travels teaching Restorative Sleep Therapy (ReST) as well as sleep-coaching in person and online.
