    Just to meet Sarah is worth going to one of her classes. Her presence and heartfelt energy surrounds and lights up anyone who she comes in contact with.

     I came across Sarah's Inner Truth Yoga practice where she uses gentle restorative yoga in a spa like setting with the fabulous crystal bio mats. These mats, with the amathest and tourmaline crystals and negative ion and infra red qualities are the ultimate source to relaxation. While practicing the healing effects of restorative yoga there is nothing better to compliment healing relaxation than being given the chance to use the bio mats. I had the opportunity to use a bio mat for a 10 day period and I have never slept better. In that time, I had noticed some improvement in my body, pain, and energy. I felt more calm which gives the mind a break and allows potential for the body to heal. The science behing the bio mat is quite fascinating.

    Sarah is a truly compassionate person with no judgement and divine sincerity. It feels great to surround yourself with such a peacully warm, welcoming teacher and setting. One that pays full attention to your needs and offers any help she can, going out of her way to follow up with class members as much as possible. I would like to thank Sarah and am looking so forward to spending more time in her presence.
